Zealand, that Mr. Massey still hopes to attend the Con- ference. As Mr. Massey is the only Prime Minister in the Empire who held office throughout the War, he ought to be present. All the other Dominion Premiers have expressed their intention of coming. If Mr. Massey comes, President • Cosgrove, if he is still in office, will not be the only Irishman at the Conference, for New Zealand's Prime Minister was born in Ulster.
