Set by Jaspistos: In a famous passage Sir Thomas Browne wondered what song the Sirens sang and added that it was 'not beyond conjecture'. Please supply the mis- sing song (maximum 16 lines) suitable for the ears either of Odysseus or of a present- day sailor. Entries to 'Competition No. 1368' by 3 May.
