The only news in the Paris papers received this morning,
is the elec- tion of M. ETIENNE, the Opposition candidate, as fourth Vice-President of the Chamber of Deputies, by the minimum majority of 212 to 211 over General JACQUEMISDYP. Three of the four Vice-Presidents- CALtdoer, TESTE, and ETIENNE—belong to the Opposition.
