The affairs of Belgium proceed quietly; and if the troublesome
politicians of England will but leave him alone, there seems no reason for anticipating for King LEOPOLD any thing else than peace and prosperity. Of course, no settlement has yet been come to respecting the boundary or the indemnity question ; but the Allies labour hard, we believe sincerely, and we hope successfully.
