The petition to the Commons for the gradual but total

abolition of the Corn-laws, is likely to have above thirty thousand signatures. It is to be presented on Thursday next, the 6th March. Promptitude on the part of those who intend to sign it, would easily carry the signa- tures to forty thousand.
