report of the Sub-Committee appointed by the Welsh Parliamentary Party to inquire into agrarian con- ditions in Wales deals with the rural side of the problem. Sir Alfred Mond is surety for the fact that "every endeavour has been made to present the cold facts of the case in a fair and judicial spirit." But who shall be surety for that gallant son of the Cymry ?
