Just like Charles?

Sir: Lewis Jones's comparison of the morn- ing after the death of Queen Astrid with the morning after the death of Princess Diana (`Just like Diana', 5 September), is interesting. Remember how the Belgians (and much of Europe) turned against their king with loathing when he married Marie- Liliane Baels? Will history repeat itself?
