The Directors of Bonelli's Electric Telegraph Company, who have up
to the present time restricted their operations to between Liverpool and Manchester, are now desirous of extending the system over Great Britain. The new issue is to be to the extent of 225,0001., in shares of 101. each. The instrument in use is the Typo-Electric Telegraph, the invention of Chevalier Bonelli, who is the consulting electrical engineer of the undertaking. The pro- jectors rely on the merit of a really remarkable invention which, as they believe, will enable them to accelerate and cheapen com- munication all over Great Britain, and supply the much felt want of quick transmission of messages.
