AVE, ATQUE VALE.
IN that long rank of English statesmen stand, Who well have served their Ruler and their Land; Upon thy brow the laurel wreath of fame Shall add fresh lustre to an ancient name !— While England to the world such sons can show, She dreads no rival, and she fears no foe.
