Grounds of Objection to Persons claiming to Vote for Counties

Pennines. First—That the property is not of the value required, above all charges. Second—That the claimant has purchased since the 30th day of January last. Third—That it is within the limits of a borough (if of 10/. annual value), and in the occupation of the claimant.

Fourth—That the party claiming is not the real owner of the property described in the list. Ascertain, in every ease, that property described as neehold for lives, is really ID. Property held for years, deb minable on lives, is not freehold; although often claimed fur as freehold: it is leasehold. COPYMOLDS. First—That the property is not of .rufficieut value. Second—That the claimant has purchased it since the 30th day of January last. Third—That it is within the limits of a borough.

First—That the value of the property is insufficient. Second—That the term of years is not such as is required by the act. Third—That the claimant did not possess the property on the 30th of July 1036. Fourth—That it is svishin the limits of a borough. Ascertain, in all cases, that the party claiming is in truth the holder of the original lease' and not of an under lease ; for no holder uf an under lease has a right to be registered, unless he also occupies the premises.
