Sir: Nigella Lawson suggests (Restaurant, 12 April) that after dining in Bristol a taxi ride or long walk to Temple Meads Rail- way Station rounds the evening off. May 1 point out to London readers that unless they catch the 21.30 they will have to find a bed for the night.
