A Pathan writes
Sir: We are asked to believe that police- men take a dim view of crimes.
Perhaps somebody would explain why I have for two days been hearing deafening alarm. It is 3 a.m. 500 hundred people are tossing in their beds and turning. Why is it not against the law in our country to have burglar alarm (loud) for which there does not exist key at the police station?
I am, Sir, an angry Pathan, Sarhandi, a Pathan
