King LEOPOLD is making a royal progress through his domi-
, cions, and is everywhere well received. The Earl of DURRAM arrived at Bruges, with a splendid retinue, during the King's sojourn there; and it was said, would accompany him to Ostend. Notwithstanding the continued restriction on the trade of -Ant- werp, that once famous mart is at present very full of business; and indeed the kingdom of Belgium generally is reported to be in a state of rapid impiovement. New buildings are rising up its almost every town, and the roads and canals in every direction .bear witness to the activity of commerce.
