[To THE EDITOR or THE "SPECTATOR."] SIR,—May I venture through
your columns to ask those who possess letters of public interest from the late Duke of Cambridge to lend them to me for use in the " Life " of his Royal Highness which I am now preparing? At the same time, I should be very glad of any personal reminiscences of his Royal Highness, or any other matter which might be of value in the task which I have undertaken.—I am, Sir, &c., St. James's Palace, S.W. EDGAR SHEPPARD.
