The "St. Paul's Edition" of The Christian Year, edited by
"Pilgrim" (Nisbet), derives its name from the appropriate medita- tions which the editor has selected, by permission, from the works of Canon Liddon. We need not say that the devotional value of the book is thus increased. But The Christian Year has yet to be edited, in' the true sense of the word. Its kistory, both from the literary and film the theological point of view, would make an iateresting-suidect.
