to comprehend letters from the Kings of Bavaria and Saxony, and various other potentates, among whom the most conspicuous is Don MIGUEL. The Carlists, it appears, agreed to guarantee that worthy's loan, in re- turn for a slice of it to be set apart for the support of the Dutchess's cause.
