Corrections

In Robert Rhodes James's review of Carol Mather's When the Grass Stops Growing (10 January) reference was made to 'the German breakthrough in December 1945' in the Ardennes. This of course should have read 1944.

In the Christmas issue Bevis Hillier referred to Henry James's death in 1914. The novelist died in 1916.
