The removal of Mr. Manners Sutton from the Chair of
the House of Commons to the Peerage—and some changes in the higher departments of the law, including the removal of Sir An- thony Hart from the Chancellorship of Ireland—have been spoken of in the course of the week, but, apparently, with little authority. The meeting of Parliament will be the first" event.'
