Government is provided by the enterprise of Mr. Leslie Urquhart, Chairman of the Russo-Asiatic Consolidated, Ltd., ■ ho has just returned from Germany, having concluded a trade agreement with M. Krassin. Mr. Urquhart's company will be able to resume all its mining and railway operations.
