Costs of the Names

Sir: Like most Names, I enjoyed Rod Williams's article on the forthcoming Lloyd's fraud case CA fight to the death', 9 October). However, I must correct a false impression it created. In fact the judge has ordered that in the (unlikely) event of the Names losing, they will be severally, but not, as Mr Williams wrote, 'jointly and sev- erally' liable for Lloyd's costs.
