Baron DEDEL has bad two long interviews with Lord PALsiErisrost
and Prince TALLEYRAND on the subject of his instructions from the King of Holland. We understand that they are little more favourable than those of the Baron VON ZUYLEN. On Monday, a formal communication will, it is ex- pected, he made to M. VANDER WEYEa, the Belgian Plenipotentiary; but nothing can be concluded for several days, however well disposed M. DEDEr. may be, as the Austrian Ambassador has refused to act without fresh instructions from his Court.
