Sir: I see from my map that there is a place called Burnham not far from London on the M4. Now it really would be a long way from there to Dunsinane, further I think than Shakespeare intended. Mr Waugh (Another voice, 2 June) may have put paid to our own Birnam's claim to fame for ever.
