MISS SIT WELL'S POEM.

[To the Editor of the SPECTATOR.] SIR,—I was rather surprised in your issue of November 18th to see in an otherwise delightful poem by Edith Sitwell the rhyme " pawn " with "born." Am I wrong in believing that this is not a legitimate rhyme, or is it just an American idea that it is not a legitimate rhyme ?—I am, Sir, &c., PERCY .WAXMA?•/. Poetry Editor.
