The Times of India Annual for 1921 (1 rupee 8
annas) is a handsome production, with a coloured photograph of the Duke of Connaught as frontispiece and some elaborate coloured illus- trations of the .Rubaiyat. We like best the photographs and drawings of Indian scenery and Indian characters. Mr. Cecil Burns's article on Anjengo in Malabar, where Gunner Samuel Iver with thirty-five men stood a six months' siege in 1721, recalls a gallant episode in early Anglo-Indian history. Mr. Scott O'Connor writes on " Simla Revisited."
