From several communications that have passed between M. GENDEBIEN and
the Congress of Belgium, it appears most pro- bable that the person to be chosen as King will be Prince OTHO, son of the King of Bavaria. According to M. GENDEBI$N, the French Court is anxiouS that Prince arno should be selected; and as the French party in the Congress is all but dominant, there seems no doubt that their wishes will be attended to. The Bin-. cess MARY, of Orleans, will be united to the young King, If it. be considered desirable ; at least her family will not oppose the marriage. The French Government decidedly rejects all over- tures for the union of any part of Belgium with France.
