A names Birkenhead and Burnley as the new boroughs to be represented by one Member each. Schedule B contains the 67 existing boroughs to which other towns or parishes are to be annexed, with a de- finition of the new boundaries in a third column. For the last we have not space ; but the subjoined is a complete list of the boroughs. The name of the county is at the beginning of each paragraph ; the names of the old boroughs are printed in Italic type ; each one immediately fol- lowed by those to he annexed to it.:
