The Prussian Government is involved in another dispute with the

Catholic clergy. The Chapter of Troves has elected Mr. ARNOLDL who is conspicuous for his support of the Archbishop of Cologne and the violent Catholic party, to the Bishopric of Trews. The King has applied to the Pope to annul the election : but it is not expected that the application will be successful.
