The elections of Mayors for the Corporations in England took

place on Wednesday; and in all the returns which we have received- they have been decided in favour of the Reformers.— Courier.

This morning the Sheriffs for the ensuing year were nominated in the Court of Exchequer—three for each county ; one of whom will be selected to serve the office.
