MAHATMA GANDHI SIR.—A committee has been formed in London, under
the chairmanship of Mrs. Vijaya Lakshmi Pandit, in order to help in the collection of Mahatma Gandhi's letters. speeches and writings, the publication of which is at present being undertaken by the Government of India.
I would like to appeal to your readers who may have in their possession letters or other communica- tions written by Mahatma Gandhi to lend them to us for photographing or copying. I should also be grate- ful for any information which might lead to the possible disdovery of such material.
