No. 2006: Sense out of nonsense

You are invited to take from 'Jabberwocky' eight rhyme couples, not the actual words Carroll uses but words rhyming with them, e.g. 'loaves' for ‘toves' etc., and present a 16-line sensible and amusing poem. Entries to 'Competition No. 2006' by 23 October.
