Of the many volumes concerned with Royalty which have been
lately published, two of the latest and best are Mr. F. A. Mackenzie's King George V. in his own Words (Berm. 12s. 6d.) and Sir George Aston's H.R.H. the Duke of Connaught (Harrap. 21s.). The former provides an interesting chrono- logy of some of the greatest events in the history of the world, which have taken place in -His Majesty's reign ; the latter is a readable account of a long and useful life, devoted to public service.
