It is stated on good authority that Prince Lucien Bonaparte,

Prelate of the Pope's Household, will be one of the next batch of Cardinals. The appointment will be made at the solicitation of the Emperor Napoleon, who has not forgotten that his uncle also put a relative in the Conclave.
