By William Penn. With Introduction by Edmund Gosse. (A. Constable and Co. is. 6d. net.)—These " Reflections and Maxims Relating to the Conduct of Human Life " were published anonymously in 1693. The bibliographical history is somewhat strange. A very interesting fact is that R. L.
