The Crown Prince and Princess of Prussia have arrived in
England for a " lengthened stay," or, in less diplomatic lan- guage, are temporarily banished. The King appears deter- mined to pursue his policy of disregarding the Constitution, and the Minister of the Interior has issued a circular declaring and obedient are bound to comply, as electors and elected," with his Majesty's will.
