Brutality of the worst kind May be practised on these wretched animalS, such as handling with tongs and O.ling by doubtful methods which are easily available for the killer, such as gas frotn the exhaust of a car, which a nicotine- hardened Man may enjoy, hut may be agOtiy to' an animal.
